The objective of the project:
Strengthen civil society, involving rural schools in processes as a guide of local initiatives, accordingly promoting public discussion about national development.
– Develop Latvian Rural forum interests defense concept in rural development;
– Develop and coordinate interests defense group, organizing:
2 national discussions for 30 participants- Rural inhabitant- hostage or participant in Development of Latvia;
National conference- “Rural School- heart of local development”
– Take over Polish experience of involving rural schools in local development;
– Distribute information (including experience) about small schools activities;
– Developing network of 20 rural schools;
Two weeks creative workshops for rural schools students in 20 rural schools;
5 days creative workshop for 40 active project members;
