Darbnīcas ietvaros dalībniekiem būs iespēja gūt pieredzi un mācīties, kā izveidot veiksmīgu Ciemata attīstības plānu, savstarpēji dalīties pieredzē, kā arī iegūt nederīgas iemaņas un metodes kopienu attīstības darbam.
