Youth Exchange aims to empower youth to overcome social exclusion. Activities of the exchange (besides the conventional non formal learning methods) are concentrated mainly in the use of creative learning tools such as theatre, image theatre, photography, open space techniques, drawing, video making, mime and outside group activities such as meetings with local youth organizations and local minorities.

Through our everyday experience both locally and abroad we have noticed that very often, we unconsciously we socially exclude talented and skilled youth. We feel that this is happening because we are still holding strongly to our fundamental cultural convictions thus creating discrimination and social exclusion. For diminish and if possible eleminate social exclusion and discrimination the project aims,  by promoting inclusion among young people: to create awareness and identify cultural barriers that result in social exclusion of those who are not like us, to eleminate these cultural barriers that lead to  social exclusion: to stimulate an acceptance attitude towards other young people with different cultural upbringing.
